So far I've been doing a lot of reviews reated to Batman, but that about Superman? April 18 2024 was the 86th anniversary of Superman, but silly me I reviewed Batman Forever instead, had I realized what day it was I probably would have reviewed this instead. Let's get started. The Batman Superman Movie is actually the three part episode World's Finest from Superman: The Animated Series, released on home video as one movie by Warner Bros Home Entertainment in 1997. The original three episodes were directed by Toshihiko Masuda and written by Alan Burnett & Paul Dini along with Rich Fogel, Steve Gerber and Stan Berkowitz. It stars both Superman and Batman in their first meeting within the DCAU, and they're played by both Tim Daly and Kevin Conroy. Superman was of course created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster for Action Comics # 1 way back in 1938, making him 86 years old now, while Batman was created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger in Detective Comics # 27 in May of 1939. On February 1 2022 I reviewed the Batman movie from 1989. Then strangely enough on February 2 2023 I reviewed Batman and Robin, why I decided to review these movies out of order I have no idea but somehow I got the dates in an interesting sequence unintentionally. That stops now however, as it's April 18 2024 as I review the third Batman movie, one that's not as bad as the fourth one for sure but it's still not the best. Well, let's get started I guess. Batman Forever is a 1995 superhero action movie directed by Joel Schumacher who would infamously bring the movie franchise to an end with his next Batman movie. The story and screenplay were done by Lee Batchler, Janet Scott Batchler and Akiva Goldsman, with Tim Burton given a producer credit (Sadly not the director job, oh what could have been). Wait hold up, this isn't a Batman review, it's a Batman parody review. Well it almost counts, but I tell you what I'm penalizing myself by extending this Batman theme from 13 reviews to 15 reviews. That's right gang, I'm punishing myself by writing about Batman.........wait a minute what? That doesn't make sense, what am I talking about? Let's just get started gang. Batmunk is a 1990 episode of Alvin and the Chipmunks, specifically of their eighth and final season which was known as The Chipmunks Go To The Movies. It was directed by Don Spencer and written by Bruce Morris and William J. Thutt. It's a parody of the 1989 Batman movie directed by Tim Burton that I've already reviewed back in February of 2022 (Not to mention its comic book adaptation). The characters were of course created by Ross Bagdasarian Sr as I mentioned in my review of their Christmas special, and his son Ross Bagdasarian Jr along with his wife Janice Karman continued making the Chipmunks the household

So I've written reviews about crossovers between Batman and Scooby Doo, Batman and the Terminator and then Batman and the TMNT, but what about Spider-Man? Well actually I already did, back in October 5th 2021 actually shortly after I read the comic for the first time, as one mf my many comic book reviews. Still, seeing as this is a bit of a high profile crossover in its own right, I've decided to edit my original brief review and make it an AC Reviews note instead. So...let's get started, or restarted in this care. Batman/Spider-Man: Disordered Kinds was written by J. M. Dematteis and pencilled by Mark Bagley. Both of these individuals have worked on Spider-Man before hand, Batman I'm not sure (I know Bagley would pencil the character after this though). It was released in 1995, around the time several other DC and Marvel crossovers were going on, and is actually the first of two crossovers between Batman and Spider-Man written by J. M. Dematteis. So I've done a Scooby Doo crossover with Batman and a Terminator crossover with Batman and at one point even a Space Ghost crossover with Batman. This particular review is yet another unusual Batman crossover, so instead of saying, "Let's get started" I think I'll say, "Cowabunga". Batman vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a 2019 animated crossover superhero movie directed by Jake Castorena and written by Marly Halpern-Graser, based on the 2016 DC/IDW crossover miniseries by James Tynion IV and Freddie Williams II. It naturally involves Batman who was created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger for Detective Comics # 27 in May of 1939 and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles who were created by Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles # 1 in May of 1984. It was released direct to DVD June 4, 2019 by both Warner Bros Home Entertainment and Nickelodeon, making this a bit of a rarity as I can't think of any other time these two companies have teamed up to release
